This series is extremely important to me. I felt these pieces started to define who I am as a metal artist.
In the fall of 2011, at the Denver Gem and Mineral Show, I found the stone that became the inspiration for the series. Everything clicked. It was the first time I could visualize the design in my mind before putting pen to paper.
From that moment on, Treescape has grown. People respond to these works and engage in delightful conversations with me about how these works call to them.
